This 3-session meditation course teaches a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique that you will enable you practice on your own and make a daily habit.

This technique is considered a foundation practice that compliments and enhances other meditation practices.

No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators.
